If you have Dreamweaver, then use XSLT. You can drag and drop the tag to your template page.

can you tell us what server platform you're running?
is it PHP/Apache, C#/.NET, Java, Coldfusion... etc

that will help.

also, let us know what data feed you're using. Is it a custom data feed from a web service, or something generic like an RSS syndicated feed?
