Links in XML

Is it possible using CDATA

I'm bringing a chunk of text from an XML doc into a website in Flash.

So it's basically say an article that has a few links in it.

Is it possible to simply import this test with <a href=""> tags around the links and have them work -- is that more of a Flash question, or can this be done on the XML side?

yes - get your markup snuggled in CDATA and it will validate even if your content has some unclosed <BR> et al.

Flash has a very nice built-in XML parser. And AFAIK you can have HTML links in the content, and Flash will render them as clickable hyperlinks. Or, they did the last time I tried (Flash and I have drifted apart since the release of MX)
