Universal engine for XML feed?

Hi, anybody know some universal engine for XML feeds that gived affiliate programs. I mean the program that can be build site from the xml feed.

I'm not sure that I understand your question. I'm a bit thick, so I may need to be walked through it in a bit more detail.

But if you're looking for an XML feed returning affiliate offers as results, you could try Commission Junction (I know they have an API), LinkShare (not sure), or various Yahoo products - some of which offer a "Paid Syndication" option. I'm sure there are dozens of others and a quick search will find them all vying for your attention.

On the other hand if you already have an XML feed full of affiliate offers, then you're best writing an XSLT script to transform it into a web page.
