Xerces-J, although admittedly I'll use MSXML for quick-and-dirty testing on the desktop.

Magpierss for PHP --> Atom/RSS,
Universal Feed Parser for Python --> Atom/RSS/more,
native parser for other XML formats, for example PHP XML parser ( www.php.net/xml ).
