there is someone sending to me disgusting emails
Please tell me how to stop them from sending me emails by ip

i know other way to block them which is
Under the options menu there is a section to block senders. If you enter their email address and add them to the blocked senders list, any email from them will not reach me

but i won't block there mail only...because they will register another account just to send me those messages

is there any way to block there ip ?!
so, with that way...even if there register new account
then, they can't send me those messages!

Doesn't your website CP offer a spam filter in the email section?

Welcome aboard honeymoon, sadly, no, and even if you could, this kind of spam comes from sources in which the IP address changes constantly and it would be as much a never ending chase as blocking the email address. I am not sure if hotmail or yahoo has a filter for incoming mails, if it does, you can set a filtering rule: "if the subject/body/anywhere contains [spam word] delete immediately."

The lesson to be learned is to determine how they got your email address and destroy the source. One example is displaying your email address on a web page; a "blind" contact form should be used instead.

Full details [webmasterworld.com] on how to close up spam sources and start fresh, see the second post in the link.
