Free FTP client with broken upload resume

Hey all -
I'm trying to upload large 80mb video files over my phone line (I know...ha ha).

I'm looking for a free ftp client that resumes broken uploads when my isp connection is dropped. Filezilla just restarts at the beginning regardless of the setting to resume so that's out.

I don't have the time to try every client out there and was hoping members could set me straight on a great client that automatically resumes uploading my video file once the connection is reestablished.
