I bought SSL cert + domain name with dedicated IP address from host ABC. Let say the dedicated IP address is 123.123.123.123
Now consider I have transferred the domain name from host ABC to registrar XYZ.
I host my website on host ABC, only it has to point to registrar XYZ to get domain name.

1 Would my site address remains at 123.123.123.123?
2 Does SSL certificate refers to 123.123.123.123 or to the domain name?

If your answer to Q1 is Yes , then I presume my SSL certificate would still be valid and my website is still secured.

Not likely, the IP 123.123..... is "owned" by the ABC host. XYZ will assign a new IP to your domain/server.

I'm pretty sure it's both. Usually the cert itself is bound to both the IP address and domain name. You'll have to install a new cert on the new host, or may be able to transfer credits for the cert in the new location. Even if you can do that, you'll have to generate a new CSR (Certificate Signing Request) from the current host.
