Many web hosting accounts work on shared IPs. It's not necessarily bad. However, you might want to be careful interlinking sites on the same IP together.

thnx for this info, i wnt to ask you if any site been bannned in google cause some problem ( ex; content related issue, grammer, or any) then might have this sites existencty affected to other site in same host ip folder.

If the sites were linked together and part of a recognisable network they might all be banned. I guess it would depend on a number of factors.

If you're interested to know who else is hosting on your shared IP there are several free services that will do a reverse IP domain check [google.com].

ok I have been acquainted by above given link about my ip neighbors but can anyone tell me what kind of factors could be affected on site ranking which is exist in same ip, can anyone explain me about these danger factors.

Most websites share an IP and often the webmaster doesn’t have much control over this. So I wouldnt expect Google to ban you because of your neighbours activities.

Though Google does note IP address of websites and does give better PR if links are from websites which are further away. Links to websites on the same IP don’t count for much.

Also, Google may have a higher trust factor with certain IP more than others based on websites that exist on them. (its only a guess of mine). Which is why I keep undeveloped websites on a different IP address.

I have seen that lots of site exists in same ip , then if I interlink site to another neighbor sites what’d happen,

ex: there are A, B, C three sites and A and C site in same ip then a site have inbound link frm b and b also gives backlink for c , here algorithm plays roll, then this linking does matter, doesn’t it.

Interlinking neighbouring sites would show that there is a relationship between the sites, but you would not gain much PR. The best PR linking is from simular topic sites on servers nowhere near yours.
