Is there open source code to create an elance/scriptlance type site?

I was wondering if anyone knew of software that could replicate the functionality of scriptlance or elance?

Open source is preferred, but a paid solution would work as well.

Haha, that is pretty funny. That would be a good elance post. It doesnt seem like there is anything out there that can replicate that kind of functionality.
