WWW with my domain not working why ?

hay all
i have domain name example.com
this domain working well when teype on adress example.com
but when type www.example.com not working and direct me to the defualt engin for my internet explorer
thats big problem for me
pleaz iwant to the answer

Your hosting company didn't set it up correctly. Tell them to fix it.

the hosting company just set up the example.com on the server and did not set up the www.example.com so this is why it is not working as it doesn't exist.

Send them an email asking for the www. top be added to the server.

You should setup an A record for www in your registrar's DNS then points it to your host's IP address.
