Researchers have already discovered fake sites and phishing e-mails offering fake patches to resolve Meltdown and Spectre. [webmasterworld.com]
I'm sure we're all savvy enough, but many aren't and are sure to be caught out.

I wonder how those fake sites are getting to people? Phishing e-mails? Appearing in the SERPs can take a while with Bing, and Google, although indexing quicker, should be dealing with that, imho.
