A long overdue 'thanks'.

Long time lurker, first time poster.....

Well, they tell me that this is the year of the Lemming, so this is the year I've decided to put all those annoying business ideas that keep me awake at 2 in the morning into action. Some of them will utilise the web as a means of delivery or advertising and the key to their success, I believe (and hope), is how well I can get them to the top of their respective heaps with regard to SEO.

I've lurked here for some time now, and just when I think I've got a handle on all of this someone throws in a new acronym that has me heading to Google for a definition. Kinda ironic really.

I just wanted to say, as I ready myself for the SEO plunge, that this forum seems to be populated with very knowledgeable people for whom ego's are a non-issue. A rare find on the internet these days. It's been a pleasure lurking here, reading the posts and absorbing the information, and I just wanted to crawl out from the woodwork to thank you all for sharing your knowledge in such a selfless way. It's sites like this that make the net such a wonderful resource. I only hope that I can add to the mix here as I gain first-hand experience.
