Yes, there's a problem with the images loading

The little red balls that look like Christmas tree decorations aren't loading, so it's changing the formatting a little in places.

And the graphics for replying and new posts - Those two links still work if you know where they usually are and mouse over. Good reason for using relevant alt text - at times like this it comes in very handy. So is that CSS code that's giving the yellow shape even with the image missing.

Pain isn't it? -- Actually I find the alt text to be a real pain as it throws the layout off by a mile. But then I'm a regular visitor...

What's causing this?

Nick, they're remotely hosted is why it happened. How does alt text throw layout off? It only shows when mousing over AFAIK.
