Are the mods compensated in some way for the work they are doing?
Who are the mods? What is their profession?
How much time do mods spend keeping an eye on others at WebmasterWorld?

How about having a moderator's page where their profile is posted? A "know your moderators" section. Hey - Even DMOZ editors have their own pages. I hardly know anything about our mods!

And I know the answer to my first question :)

Yes....knowledge gained from being here.

At the top of each page you will see the name of the moderator of the respective forum.
