The new local email system is now the default email system linked off the "StickyMail" menu item at the top of the page (see the other post on email in this forum for more info).

The old email system is still online here [webmasterworld.com]. It will remain there for one week and be removed. The reply function will not work on the old system. If you have messages you'd like to keep in the old system, now would be the time to remove them.

There is also a new set of core access routines to the entire board in place. The old cookie system had a couple of problems and a few short comings - so it was rewriten. You may have to "signout", close your current browser windows, and relogin because of the changes.
