subscriptions stopped coming

Sometime last night 7/31 and early on 8/1, I stopped getting updates for new/reply posts. The last from google forum was 4533.htm received at 12:30AM 8/1.

This happened once before when the new system first went online. I didn't get any updates until I found the beta subscription. Now something appears to be amiss again.

nancyb, sorry for the inconvenience.

Go into the control panel and check out where it says "subscriptions". If your choice for the Google forum is unchecked, check it and save. If it's checked and you're not getting notices, uncheck it, save, then go back and check it and save again.

The last notice I got of a Google post was 2:45 AM, so I'm not getting them either. :(

thanks, Marcia. I did that earlier for one forum and added another but nothing changed. I just unchecked all of them and saved and have now rechecked thos I want. This forum is on the list so if I don't get a notice for the "reply", I'll post here again.

nope, nothing. I did a test and the email I use here is working. Also, signed out and signed back in three times.

No new/reply updates for any forum I have re-subbed to.

maybe ist my machine, but now I can't even login using Opera. I get a javascript error sayin I'm not logged onto the internet when I try. I can go anywhere else though, even change pages at WW, just can't login.

Works fine in IE which is how I'm posting.

Still no email updates either. Think I'll try unchecking/saving/checking/saving in the control panel from IE and see if that makes a difference.

I'm an old programmer and have spent many hours trying to debug something that doesn't work when it obviously should ;)

Sometime today, I stopped receiving email notifications for topics that I've subscribed to. I'm referring to individual topics and not new posts to a particular forum. Any ideas what might be happening? There were about 4 threads that I was actively involved in that got by me since I rely heavily on my email to let me know when someone has replied to a topic I've participated in.

Anybody else having this problem? Marcia, have you started receiving them again? How about you POR?

I've tried everything I can think of on my end. I sure miss not being notified of new posts and replies to threads I posted in.
