I had a post edited on the affiliate forum after someone was having problems (they tried numerous affiliate programs and never made a dime)

I use a program that sells products that do sell , the company is highly respectable and honest and they provide an excellent admion arera to check your traffic and sales.

I offered to help the person and asked them to signup under me ..long story short " affiliate recruiting" is not alowed .as for the most part it is reasonable..in this case I the person seemed genuienly distressed that nothing was working (paying) and so I offered up what I knew worked.

Just wondering Brett if you have considered opening a FOR FEE affiliate recruitmet forum .. if we want to recruit..then that would be the place for it and you can charge for providing a place for that "advertising"..

I'd try it out for $15-20 a month or so..

Wouldnt take long to sort out who's offering quality and who's offering junk..

It just seems so lame to see the same old lame send them to linkshare or CJ responses..if someone can provided assistance to affiliate programs that are legit and worthwhile ..it helps the seeker and the provider..I want /need my sub-affiliates to do well if I am to do well ..

dauction, you might want to try the Advertising Sales and Affiliate Programs [webmasterworld.com] forum with specific questions...just a suggestion.

Check out some older threads to about affiliate programs, I know there have been many quality threads discussing affiliate programs but I do not pay too much attention to them.... :)

We are here for members to discuss the process of doing business. There are enough b2b and b2c sites out there. Running a website these days takes a great deal of knowledge. The design, coding, maintenance, promotion, marketing, and management of a website is almost an impossible task for one person alone without extensive training. We are here as a forum for the members to share their knowledge or how to acquire the same knowledge as part of your extended site development and process team. We are not here to actually *do* business.

Im sure dauction's heart is in the right place but there are countless other ways to recruit your downline.
