Evaluating Domain Names

Hi there

I'm trying to find the WMW guide to evaluating domain names. I saw it mentioned in a post recently and despite searching for 'domain name evaluation' , 'how much is my domain worth' and other combos, I can't find it.

Can someone point me in the right direction?
