Forum Moderators: open
Edited: For example I just posted this but when choosing recent messages it doesn't show up. It is #65 with no red dot. :(
1. I'm not sure whether it's good or bad that you can only edit you post if it is the last post in the thread.
2. I don't like the redirect after an edit or new posting because it takes you to page 1 of the thread and not the last page.
However, I love the new sticky, notes and flags integration.
Great Job Brett.
Cannot reset cookies. Used above link (twice - actually tried this over six times), cookies supposedly deleted, exited browser but when coming back into WMW I am automatically logged in and my cookies are still there. The cookies are old, some going back to early April. I know I've visited those forums since early April - both before and after this system rewrite.
Right now, it appears people have been posting at 1am tomorrow...
This is a test post to see if it goes through, if I can edit it and if I get an email update.
Thanks,
[edit - yep, I can edit it]
[2nd edit - nope, no email update for this post]
I have the following thread set to display 25 posts per page. As it has 59 posts, it should be displaying 3 pages, but it's only displaying two, so I'm not seeing messages 51-59 at all.

Incidentally, what happens with these urls when we link between threads and have display preferences set that are different from the linking urls?
I'm going to be out tonight so I won't be available for feedback.
Sometime earlier today I stopped being able to see page 4 of the Bugs thread in forum 19 but I have received two email updates telling me there have been at two new posts.
Since I can't see page 4 of the bugs thread I won't know if this gets posted or not.
If I delete cookies, then re-enter as a guest, I can see everything. But as soon as I log in, the last page of any thread disappears.
Here's what's weird - now that I am in "Reply" mode, I can scroll down and see all of the posts - but I cannot see them in normal view. Judging from the two posts I just saw for the first time at the end of the forum, I am not alone. Oh well - I'm sure Bret will figure it out in his "spare" time :)
Hope this helps, Brett - reply via sticky if more info is needed since I can't see the thread :)
