Is it no longer possible to register for this site?

A friend of mine tries to register, but every time he clicks the confirmation link in the email he gets, he gets an error that his user name is not found. He tried several different email addresses, as well as several different user names.

Hi Zippy1970 and welcome back. I don't personally attend to anything email related here, but I bumped your question to the folks who can look into it. That's not user-friendly.

Not sure the issue. We clearly continue to have about 50 signups and verifications a day.

I'd guess his email address is banned in any of the forum spam database services we use. Drop me a pm with his email address and I'll check.

I don't think it is. He receives a confirmation email from the site, but when he clicks the link he gets the message the username does not exist. He tried about 5 times now with different email addresses (albeit on the same domain). I have sent you his email through PM.
