I am going through the sites listed in my password vault and find many of them gone.

THIS place is STILL HERE, and I last logged in 18+ years ago. Got help with my issue as well, back then. The password was still valid too, probably considered strong enough at the time. (Updated now.)

I drifted away from web development and have mainly been doing consulting around service management, multi-supplier coordination and the last few years also agile coaching in enterprise environments. (and no, agile doesn't scale well :)

I did resurrect and redesign my old WordPress site though - grew tired of feeding social media properties over and over again.

If I were to study and "get current" again on CSS, where would I start? Thanks!

Start from the position that if a given property didn't exist 18 years ago, you probably don't need it today :) Later you may choose to change your mind on a case-by-case basis.
