My first thought was that it's personalized advertising (in which case we now know a little about the people using your computer) ... but does WebmasterWorld even have ads in that position? On other sites I've sometimes glanced to the right while posting, and found some hilariously apposite ad.

Are you seeing something different? Looks to me like some sort of test message left behind while coding. All it says [imgur.com] is:
