General Problem with Pagination

I noticed a problem with pagination, all links take you to page 1. Example, if you click on page 2 of a given thread from the "recent posts" page it takes you to page 1, and once on page 1 the links just refresh the page. I tested in both the AdSense and Google Search threads, and the same thing happens in both places. It could be just me, but I doubt it.

No, that is not what I'm talking about.
When I click a pagination link, any link, for any page it takes me to page 1.

I always click these links and they normally work, so there is a problem. But I suspect that it may be on my end. I opened a page in a different browser and it worked. So time to log off and close my browser, clear my cache and try again.

May have something to do with having 20 tabs open across two browser windows and dev-tools window open all at the same time.
