Unless things have changed, granting access is a manual process and can sometimes take a little while depending on what else Brett has going on at the moment.
Right now that would be PubCon.
Hopefully he or some authorized admin will get you set up as soon as possible.
It's worth the wait.

Sorry for the delay, but as our helpful members have already noted Brett is running Pubcon [pubcon.com] this week, and he's the one who processes those accounts. You should get activated as soon as he can get away from the conference.
