This has always driven me crazy. Is there a way to make the box you write you post in to be the same size as the box it shows up in?

Or at least make the post you write in WIDER.

How about being able to sticky soneone directly from their post rather than having to open their profile and then sticky them from there. IE, one click sticky.

Fight the spam. I do everything we can to protect members email addresses. If you think about it, if a stick->real email were possible, so could spamming. That's why it is kinda difficult to forward yourself stickymail.

Page size is always an important factor. Consider the number of chars in such a link. It would run around 50-75 to do it right per post. We average 12msgs per thread. Now take that times 50k views a day. Whoa - throw some shrimp on the barbie - now we are talking some serious bandwidth. Over a gig a month.

You know I enjoy addressing user feature requests when we can. At current, I have a freeze on any more additions to the actual post pages. Thats both from a style standpoint and usability standpoint.
