Hello all: I have been around webmasterworld for the last 11 years or so. My dad, DaveatIFG - former moderator - passed away sadly in July 2006. I am the graphic designer / basic webmaster in the family. He was definitely the SEO guy. Since his passing my life focused less on my business and more on raising my children - boys, now 4 and 7. It has been almost 4 years since he passed away and I am getting back into my business and familiarizing myself with the SEO stuff because it is becoming a necessity. I started my own online store. And, I really need to dive in and work on my dad's site. www.ifg-inc.com. I have ignored it since his passing. Can you believe that I still get monthly revenue checks - almost 4 years later - because of the Google ads that are still on his site? haha. I know a few people around here. Liane and Mack have been helpful to me over the years, and a few others too. So I guess the saying is true? Like Father, Like Daughter? Lets hope! Looking forward to reading, reading and then reading some more!
