No.
Can I put a site in my signature?
No.
The idea is we are here to discuss professional webmaster issues. Because of the nature of this topic, siglinks would promote member requests for site reviews, could be a way to call attention to somene else's websites, and encourage members with crappy sites to make crappy post contributions in order to provide context for their signature link, etc. Does that make sense? ;)
