Flood prevention changes?

I seem to be regularly told to wait additional time before I can submit a response... has something changed?

yes, that setting did increase ;-) It is not enough to be a hindrance to posting though.

Thanks Brett; I will have to stop flooding quite so much! Actually internet access here can be a bit dodgy; so what ends up happening is there will be a few answers all hanging on send waiting for a letup on the packetjam... Not a problem though!
