Suggestion: "Thread Started" date

add started date to the forum indexs/active list

No big deal, but I've sometimes thought it would be nice if the active list, and other indexex showed a thread started date.

That way it wouldn't be a surprise when you open a thread only to find out it was started 5 months ago.
