My Time Zone Offset is setup as (+5:30 bombay....)

I have posted a thread few mins ago time appears as follows:
2:41 am on Mar. 5, 2009 (GMT +5.5)

I have again added few more lines to same thread in about next 5 to 10 mins and now the edited time @ bottom of my topic appears as follows:
[edited by: Future at 9:13 pm (utc) on Mar. 4, 2009]

Thats an error or bug ? (criticms welcomed ?)

Yes, the "edited by" line is shown in UTC, probably because the forum doesn't have the ability to change that line depending on who's viewing it. A little inconvenient, but then, the edit time isn't all that important.
