I have started a few topics on webmasterworld since last day.
I am receiving email notifications from others (this is proper, when any other member makes a reply to this topic)

But when I am making a reply to topics made by me, we should not receive the reply post notification ?

Maybe software is designed for same or bug ?

There's no need to generate an e-mail, under those circumstances.

The email notification process is unusual and unpredictable on this forum. I usually check the box requesting notification, but often get none. When I do get them, I get them for my own replies, as well as for the replies of others. That's been the case for as far back as I can remember, at least a year, probably longer. Whether it's intentional or not, I don't know, but it's not new.

eelixduppy, create a new thread and make a reply..
when you are replying back to your own topic, you should not receive email notification.

but when you are making replies to other you should or should not received notifications unless you click the checkbox for email notification of new replies.

Still cannot reproduce this behavior. If this is causing such an issue for you perhaps you should stop subscribing for email notifications.

Your request for further investigation into this feature has been heard and will be looked at when we can. If it turns out there is an error it may be fixed in the next release of the BestBBS software.
