I tried repeatedly to login today and couldn't do so. I tried different browsers etc. I tried the password reminder feature, but it said my account didn't exist.
Eventually I have set up this temporary username to see if I can get any kind assistance here, as there seems to be no support email address/form anywhere for people who can't login.
When I look at my old posts, it says in the profile "Inactive Member: Account Expired".
My username was 1Lit.
Does anybody know how long you have to be inactive for your account to expire? I didn't think two or three months would be a sufficient period of time away from WW to deactive an account of six years.
Can somebody kindly reenable this account?
