turning off notifications?

I don't see how to do it

I get notifications because I clicked it, but I want to turn it off. I expect there to be a link for that in the emails, but no. help anyone?

enable notifications in one post.
if you can still edit the post, click the checkbox to disable.
if the edit period has passed, you must submit a new post and disable notifications in the subsequent post.

That behavior has changed.

Click "Owner Edit" next to the post you wish to turn off notifications for.

Then uncheck the box and submit.
