Lost Password and Password Creation Issue

Two WW issues that had me stuck...

I recently tried to log into WW after a long absence and couldn't remember my password - the "lost password" utility does not work (at least not for my username)

After several guessing attempts, I got in - then I got ambitious and changed my password to something I could remember easier - the site logged me out and the new password does not work - and, of course, the lost password utility just gives me the 404 error.

Today I tried the new password again, then started trimming a character from the end until I got it (obviously) - so the "change password" form in the Control Panel allows password creation lengths that are not valid.

That's my experience.

I just saw the "lost password" alert message, so that makes sense.

But the password creation length issue still stands.
