Unable to reply to my own thread?

Bug in the forum or clueless user?

I went to reply to a post someone made in a thread I started, but there is no Post Reply visible. I went in some other topics, and both the reply and new topic buttons were there, but in my topic, both were missing. Is this something I've overlooked?

Perhaps you clicked the email link, and saw the thread whilst not logged in. Try logging in and revisiting it.

When viewing the thread, you should see a "post reply" at the top of the thread, or a "quick reply" box at the bottom.

If it's THIS [webmasterworld.com] thread, I see it.

Well, lawman, if that is the thread, then I don't see any way to post to it either. I could give you a screen shot of what I am seeing. No "Post Reply" button at the top, the bottom menu bar is missing completely ("flag it" "printable" etc.) and there is no quick reply box!

Get the Raid out, it looks like time to go bug hunting...

Opera 9.27 here. Logged in. No ability to post to that thread.

Too lazy to open another browser and log in...assuming I could remember my password.

I end up going through a list of about a half dozen throwaway passwords I have used over the years everytime I have to sign in again -until I get to the right one :(

FWIW, this morning I can see the post and reply buttons on the thread in question.
