How do I unsubscribe from a *particular* thread?

Sorry to ask a dumb question, but how the heck do I unsubscribe from a particular thread?

I am very much regretting subscribing this this one
(which is now on it's 13th page)

Subject : Don't be shy - introduce yourself!

Any thoughts?
(Or do I have to unsubscribe to ALL emails from all posts?)

You should have an "owner edit" link (under your username and user profile link) on the post you made in that thread. You can unsubscribe from email notifications there. :)
