I have updated Terms of Service [webmasterworld.com] to include a small statement that we do not allow "review my site" posts.

The problem is that we can never know which is an honest post and which is just a promotional url drop. If you've seen other forums that have those types of message boards, you know how they can aversely affect the whole system.
