Forum Moderators: open
It is with a heavy heart I am writing this. The time has come for me to step down as a moderator at WebmasterWorld. As much as I know I am going to regret doing so, I have already notified Brett of my decision.
For the past several months, my attention has been torn between family and work responsibilities. Despite several excellent attempts, I have been unable to dedicate the amount of time and energy that my presence as a moderator would desire.
I have come to love WebmasterWorld and its members, and made several really good friends and acquaintances over the years. However, it is not fair to Brett, other moderators or admins, or the rest of you, for me not to be present like I want and should.
The last several years have been truly amazing. I have been fortunate enough to be part of great movements. I have seen Netscape Navigator rise and fall! I have personally taken part in things which many of us today take for granted, such as being able to run multiple versions of Internet Explorer side by side, gaining a better understanding of the numerous bugs in Internet Explorer, and much more. It has been a joyous time, and I am going to miss it.
I do hope to return one day, although I am unsure when that day will come.
I hope to see many of you in Vegas!
Thanks to all of you who have made my time as a moderator such a wonderful experience!
