Just got n email saying I canceled my membership here.

What on earth is going on?

"Your subscription to WebmasterWorld : has been canceled "

I too got it last year..

it means your c/card attached to Paypal has expired - apparently any subscriptions attached get automatically cancelled if a card expires. You have to re-subscribe all your subs as they fall due once you have updated your CC details

and yes I had enough money in PP to cover the subscription charge, but apparently that wasn't good enough :)
