Forum Moderators: open
Also, I was a bit cynical because what SEO would offer a class for free, or does something without an ulterior motive ;) I thought there would be marketing and requests for links. Some angle... But the team, which consisted of mostly WW moderators, was really professional and really great. They did not try to market themselves or ask for links etc... Heck they didn't even bring their business cards! And they certainly didn't need anyone's help that attended. They know their stuff....
They just offered genuine help to whoever asked. I was pleasantly surprised and that doesn't happen every day. If you want to learn about SEO, it's definitely worth contacting them for future classes. And if you're a non-profit, from what I understand they will be doing more pro-bono work, and you'd be CRAZY not to attend...
I especially loved the last part of the class which was hands on and provided very valuable information. Oh, and the after-last part was even better. Chatting w/ everyone and of course, thanks for the drink Brett!
As many of you know, I've been around for a long time. This was the first event I attended. Boy does it take on a new level. It was the best SEO-related thing I've done in all these years... Look forward to many more!
Many thanks to Greg, Brad, Todd, Michael and Rae.
Oh, and SugarRae is hot ;)
