I just noticed all my stuff is an hour off. We didn't move to DST here?

The system is based on UTC. Go to your control panel and edit your system prefs :-)

My system prefs are set to Eastern Time, which is where I am. Do I need to set it one time zone over now?

I'm on Eastern too, so I had just switched over to GMT-4 (Atlantic). With all the different DST changes everywhere, it's easier not to try managing it server-side at all. ;)
