Core routines updated. Any display issues?

I've finished a long overdue rewrite of the main post decode routines. As you may know, each post is stored in a flat file database. To display each message, the board convert the flat file into the html of the message thread. Those conversion routines are the heart of the board. It also means, that any display changes become retro active to all posts on the board.

In the process, I added and updated a couple of features.

I changed the way quoting works:

This is quoted text used via the (quote)(/quote) tags. It is now displayed inside of a table.
(like all post enhancement style codes, please substitute brackes for the parens). Lets try to reserve the feature strickly for quoted material.

Also added <hr> horizontal rule tag support via the (hr) construct.

I also fixed a long standing bug where ") would be converted into a smilie graphic.
