I would suggest webmasterworld introduces a new & separate section for current international issues such as "War on Iraq". This will take membership to highest level.

I don't get it. Where is the relationship between the war in Iraq and web design?

I'm suggesting that a new subforum/section should be introduced for current international issues. Webmasterworld has professional members & its membership will be highest if people can discuss international issues

WebmasterWorld serves an international community of people from several different countries, religions and cultures. Allowing political or religious discussions could harm seriously the feeling of one large webmaster community.

Mission:
This site is a service to the web site administrator community. We are here for WebmasterWorld members to discuss the process of doing business on the internet. Running a website takes a great deal of knowledge. The design, coding, maintenance, promotion, marketing, and management of a website is almost an impossible task for one person alone without extensive training. We are here as a forum for the members to share and gain knowledge in operating and promoting a website. Think of us as part of your extended site development and process team.

I'm sure there are plenty of other sites where the subject you suggest would be on topic. ;)

Advertisement revenues will increase if you carefully select international issues such as "USA civilian nuclear transfer to developing countries" & other intellectual topics, they will be an asset. Webmasterworld can diversify as most popular forum for international issues.
