About a week ago I started getting 403 (forbidden) errors on the individual pages within webmasterworld.com and the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Test Page on the homepage. Just a temporary glitch I thought - however it continued. The only way I can connect to webmasterworld now is through using a proxy. So, does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should do to get back to not having to use the proxy? Could it just be a cached version my ISP is serving? Could my ISP (NTL) have been blocked from webmasterworld in some way?

This was happening to my boyfriend yesterday, he was trying to access from his work computer - but on a colleague's computer it was fine.
