Are you talking about the premoderated threads? If so, initially a thread is put on hold until a mod makes it active.

No no, I'm familiar with that. At the time of my post, there was a glitch for several minutes where there were NO threads, at all, in the Google Search News forum. It was a totally empty forum. At first I thought it might just be me, but even after flushing my cache, logging out, checking, then logging back in and re-checking, it was emtpy throughout.

It didn't last long, and I suspect one of the admins or mods just had to push a button :)

I kicked the server (reboot). It was rebuilding the g forum at the time. Looks like it self healed.
