Turn off email notifications from a post

Hi

Can anyone tell me how to turn off email notifications for a post please?

I checked yes to the 'Do you want an email notification of replies' on the post when I originally added to the thread - however I want to turn them off now as alot of emails are coming through.

I looked at the WebmasterWorld help file - but could not see the email option as shown in it - Hope you can help

Send a stickmail to one of the Moderators of that forum or an Administrator.
