I have been trying to find a place to post a great deal on content, but noticed right before I posted that Promoting, selling, and recruiting are not allowed in the general forums.
Where can I post this information?

And welcome to WW. If it's promoting, selling or recruiting it is not allowed in the general forums in any form.

Forum 44 [webmasterworld.com] does deal with content and you can post a great deal about content there.

Or maybe I haven't quite understood what it is that you really want to post?

Fine point in interpretation. Great deal *about* content, meaning a lot of good information *about* how to write content, etc. But a "great deal" offering content for sale - that isn't what it means. :)
