Need help purchased subscription but can't access private forum

need help getting into private forum

I purchased a six month subscription so I can access the private forum.

I can't get into the private forum, I just get a login page. After logging in I still can't access the private forum.

There is a help system but it fails at trying to locate my order.

Can someone help me please.
