No notification of reply to posts

recieving all new post notifications

I'm not recieving any notification of any threads that I mark send me a notification in.

All subscribed threads I am recieving the notification that there are new posts, but upon replying and checking the notification button, no notifications are arriving.

Cleared cache and temp folders several times. any and all help appreciated.
