I cannot see SEARCH on this great BB

While I am getting lots of knowledge I am not getting what I am looking for

I am a newbie and need to spend a lot of time here learning. But the questions that I have I am sure have been asked before...but I cannot find "Search" anywhere on this BB. Help me on how do I find the list of postings on a particular subject whichever forum they are in.
